Thursday, we have the King of Cups.
You may be feeling very generous and giving today. It’s the Pisces effect, exaggerated. The Sun will be at 29 degrees Pisces, a significant degree in astrology. Any planet at 29 degrees is significantly energized by the sign it is in.
Interestingly, the King of Cups alludes to the Sun’s movement into Aries the next day on March 21st. Kings are associated with the Emperor which is associated with Aries the Ram. The Sun is also representative of a father figure or king (Sun rules Leo).
It’s an interesting blend. I’d capitalize on all things Pisces today because once the Sun goes into Aries, the season will have very different flavor even though Mercury will still be in Pisces.
How do you feel about Thursday?
Today, we have the 8 of Wands.
This card is often about swiftness and opportunity.
Eights mark the passage between the sevens and the nines. It is a place where a person can feel comfortable and secure or pursue the progression in the suit. Add in Wands (Fire), and you can see where the card relates to the first two meanings.
Moon in Aries is a warrior. Aries wants to win. Today will be like that. There will be opportunities to be successful.
Like depicted in the 6 of Wands.
How was your day? Did you see opportunities for success?
Monday, we have the World.
Once again, we go out into the world, not always knowing what to expect.
Life’s little mysteries not always in view.
If you remember as a child, the world was new and full of wonder. With innocence came curiosity of what was undiscovered and surprise at what gave us awe.
Today encourages us to look for the magic in one’s life. Whether it is hot cocoa on a frosty day, discovery of something new, serendipity, luck, or just being happy to be alive.
The point being to center and get in touch with one’s spirituality, magic, and sense of wonder.
This is today’s offering.
What do you think? Does this resonate with you?
(Sorry, no picture yet. I’ll upload it tomorrow night.)
Saturday, we have the Emperor card.
The Magician and World card are usually associated with mastery, but today, I feel this card is about mastery.
The Emperor is related to all the Kings of each suit. He is the dad or father figure. He is also associated with Aries the Ram and Mars. It’s a masculine card about male energy.
Today is a good day to take time to assess if you’re heading where you want to go. You might also take a step back to assess the direction and progress of a project.
The next thing the Emperor would do is to execute his findings. He’d put them in motion and do. He executes like an executive.
Can you relate to this energy? How well do you do?
Mid-day on Monday, the Moon moves into Aries, joining Uranus in Aries in the Cardinal Grand Cross.
We also have Four of Swords.
This card is usually about resting, but with Moon in Aries in the sky, the interpretation is different. It relates to the first half of the day with Moon in Pisces.
I remember reading somewhere that knights used to contemplate as pictured above before they went to battle. Notice the stained glass window in the background. The knight is in a church.
Half the day will be spent in contemplation… preparation for the battle. Deep faith (Pisces) is involved. Once the Moon crosses into Aries, one’s will will be consolidated, and it’s off to the battlefield.
The Aries energy does not exactly harmonize but joins the team. Aries is cardinal. Moon in Aries matches the energy of the Cardinal Grand Cross and works as part of it.
With energy like this in the sky today, there’s a lot of potential.
You have a soldier who’s decisive, focused, and committed, fighting for something they’ve contemplated deeply and have deep faith in.
Do you see yourself using this energy to your benefit?
